MaIL ArT
Mail art shows are more common in Europe than the United States. Although they are basically throw-away art, they often attract enormous amounts of interesting work. Many are held in conjunction with local libraries, art galleries, holidays, or even shown at civic events. Some are sponsored by artists or artists' collaboratives.
